Working Hands for Bicol (2007)Working Hands with the support of YUPPEACE and its sponsors created awareness and generated scholarship funds for the Victims of Typhoon Milenyo and Reming in Bicol by organizing a Charity Fashion Party entitled "Working Hands for Bicol" at Prince of Jaipur, The Fort on April 18, 2007. For more information please visit http://bicol.infosolv.net.During this event was soft-launched the SLB produced CD - CGE short for Citizens as Good Examples to be sold by Working hands as part of its fund-raising activitiy. Isang Oras, Isang Buwan, Isang Taon (2000)Working Hands launched this project initially for the YUPPEACE members, who pledged to donate monthly, for one whole year, an amount equivalent to their one-hour's salary. Eventually, it launched the project in other companies as well.Jubilee Pilgrimage for Peace (2000)Working Hands supported the Jubilee Pilgrimage for Peace 2000, a prayer-song concert tour project by Blue Mantle Foundation, Inc. Various artists and volunteers toured 35 churches in the Philippines in line with the celebration of the Great Jubilee. The Jubilee Pilgrimage was launched at Arzobispado de Manila on 15 August 2000, with Ms. Jeanne Young, Ms. Jamie Rivera, Ms. Pinky Marquez, Mr. Subas Herrero, among others.

The Great Jubilee Year 2000 Commemorative License Plate (1998-99)Hand in hand with the Archdiocese of Manila, His Eminence Jaime Cardinal Sin, and by the Land Transportation Office, Working Hands marketed special editions of the Great Jubilee Year 2000 Commemorative License Plate. The project generated funds for Working Hands, and stirred the public’s consciousness towards the celebration of the Great Jubilee Year.PLDT Touch Cards (1997)Working Hands, with PLDT, launched a special edition of Touch Cards depicting the Foundation’s vision in supporting the out-of-school youth. YUPPEACE marketed the Touch Cards at P100.00 per card.Magnificat (1996)Working Hands produced Magnificat, a musical play about the life of Christ in the perspective of Mother Mary. Magnificat was written & directed by Nestor Torre; music was composed & arranged by Ryan Cayabyab Pinky Marquez & Dulce alternately played the role of Mary. The play was staged in Pilipino. |
